*All rental fees include linens, towels and departure cleaning service.  Additional charges include a $25 reservation processing fee, 6% lodging tax and 7% NC sales tax. 
A security deposit of $200.00 is required and will be refunded promptly after satisfactory check-out.

Payment Policy
  • There is a 2 night minimum stay, 2 to 5 nights during peak and holiday seasons
  • A 50% deposit is required to book your reservation
  • The full balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival date
  • Any cancellations within 30 days of your reservation will forfeit your deposit 
  • There are no refunds for inclement weather or early departures  
  • We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and cash
  • Additional charges will apply for failure to comply with these rental policies, therefore a valid credit card number is required
Occupancy Policy
  • Check-in 3 PM
  • Check-out 12 PM
  • NO indoor smoking allowed
  • Please do not dispose of cigarettes on grounds or in driveway
  • Pets are considered on a case by case basis and if allowed will be charged a pet fee of $75
  • Pets that are allowed must be kept in a crate, meaning not allowed to roam free, when not in direct supervision of guests, such as when guests leave cabin for any reason 
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times - any damage resulting from unsupervised children such as broken or damaged items, scratches on walls, etc. will result in immediate loss of security deposit and further charges, if necessary
  • GUESTS ARE ASKED TO RECOGNIZE THAT CABINS ARE ADULT ORIENTED AND FILLED WITH MANY NON-CHILD PROOF ITEMS including glass candles, large screen televisions, leather furniture, wood walls and floors, etc.
  • GUESTS are 100% responsible for ensuring that NO damage is caused by their children and acknowledge that cabin will be inspected immediately upon their departure and any appropriate charges will be processed
  • All Furniture and Bedding should remain in the same location upon checkout as its original location
  • Park all vehicles on gravel driveway
  • Maid service is NOT provided during your stay
  • Any damaged or stolen items will result in a charge of the valued amount to the valid credit card account (inventory is taken between each guest's visit)
  • Your security deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory inspection of the cabin after your departure
Departure Policy
  • Bag all trash and take with you to trash collection site (directions are provided) *FAILURE to remove trash will FORFEIT your security deposit*
  • Close and lock all windows and doors, turn off all wall heaters and return all keys
  • Upon your departure, the cabin will be checked.  Any damages, unusual cleaning charges or theft will be charged to your credit card account

These properties are privately owned and managed.  Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  We will not be responsible for accident or injury while on cabin grounds, nor for loss of money, jewelry or other valuables.
